Our staff is able to special order almost any frame on the market allowing our patients the ability to custom order frames without any cost or obligation. With this service patients are able to special order frames with a five day no obligation to buy policy. All frames have a one year manufactures warranty.

Frame Warranty
At Professional Eye Associates all frames have a one-year manufacturers warranty.

Lens Warranty
At Professional Eye Associates our lenses have a one-year manufacturers warranty when you purchase our scratch warranty. The scratch warranty does not prevent scratches it is merely a warranty if your lenses do scratch.

Manufacturer Warranty
The manufacturers of our frames and lenses reserve the right to determine what is a manufacturing defect. Dog or person chewing, loss, theft, running over with a vehicle, chipping, and abuse are not considered the manufacturer's responsibility.
